Cancellation Policy

At Blackbeard Yacht Charters we understand that plans can change and sometimes it is necessary to cancel a planned trip. We require a refundable deposit of half of the total cost of the excursion and provisioning. We will refund this up to 7 calendar days prior to your trip. Full payment is due before the excursion. Captain Tony will make cancellations based on weather with as much notice as possible. In general we cancel for any rain storms but not for chance of rain or drizzle.
